This form is for requesting remedial work or making a claim under your manufacturer’s warranty and Plan-it Windows guarantee. Our dedicated Customer Service department will handle your request, to ensure your home remains secure and energy efficient.

Maintenance Confirmation:
I confirm that the products have been maintained in accordance with the Plan-it Windows Aftercare & Maintenance Guide. I understand that service work required due to a lack of proper maintenance may be subject to charges.
Guarantee Coverage:
If the fault is covered: All parts and labour are provided free of charge under the terms of your guarantee.
If the fault is NOT covered: If the issue is due to wear and tear, accidental damage, or lack of maintenance, a £120 (inc. VAT) call-out fee will be charged, plus the cost of any parts and additional labour required.
